Your files stay yours

We are a processor, not a buyer. Your recordings are used only to produce your redacted output — never for our own training, never resold, never shared. The work is aligned with India's DPDP Act, 2023 and the GDPR, and we will sign a data processing agreement before anything moves.

  • NDA signed before any file is transferred
  • Encrypted transfer and storage, access limited to the project team
  • Your media is never used to train our models
  • Originals deleted on the schedule set in the agreement
  • Per-file redaction log delivered with every batch
  • Processing inside your own environment available on request
FAQ

Common questions

How do we know the redaction is complete?

No file is cleared for delivery without a person checking it first. You also receive a log of what was removed and where, so you can spot-check any file against it yourself. If something is ever missed, we reprocess that batch at no charge.

Can we test it before committing?

Yes. Send one to two hours of representative media and we redact it free of charge, under NDA, so you can judge the output on your own material before any paperwork.

Do you keep or reuse our data?

No. We act as a processor. Your files are used only to produce your output, never for our own training and never shared or resold, and the originals are deleted on the schedule set in the agreement.

How is it priced?

Per hour of media processed, quoted once we know the volume, the layers you need (audio, video, transcript) and the turnaround. Ongoing batches are usually a monthly retainer.

Which languages can you handle?

English, Indian English and Indian languages. Tell us the language mix in your recordings and we will confirm before you send anything.

Can it run on our infrastructure?

Where your policy requires the media never to leave your environment, we can set the process up to run inside it. Tell us the constraint and we will scope it.

What if the audio quality is poor?

Call-centre audio, phone recordings and noisy rooms are normal input. Very low-quality material needs more manual work, which we will flag in the quote after reviewing your sample.

Need a DPA or a security review?

Send us your paperwork and we will work through it before any file moves.
